Home Deliveries
We must have a correct physical delivery address and telephone number for home deliveries.
Please do not substitute your (sender) phone number when prompted for the recipient phone number. We call to verify someone will be home at time of delivery, we do not disclose the card message or sender information over the phone, therefore keeping the delivery a “surprise”.
(And even if you think the recipient will be home, there is always a possible Target run in their plans for the day. If no one is home to receive the delivery and the weather does not permit us to leave it- we will need to redeliver AND charge ANOTHER DELIVERY CHARGE. Help us help you! )
Purchaser (aka Sender) agrees that by purchasing perishable items all sales are final. If the recipient leaves work early (business deliveries) or is out of town unexpectedly (home deliveries), it is not cause for a refund/exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation. Our obligation being delivering perishable product, to the address requested, on the date requested, as ordered by the purchaser (aka sender).
We cannot deliver to PO BOX or “HC ##, Box ### “ addresses.
We cannot deliver to some mobile home parks because the homes are not identified with a number.
If the residence is located within an apartment building or complex- please include that information if possible on the order
Any addtional information that would be helpful for the delivery person should be added in "special instructions"
